Greetings,

After investigating, I found that your vehicle was lawfully impounded. It was parked on an interstate which is a highway and parking on such roads is against the parking law. Your photograph shows the location and the report of our operator confirms that.

Dear Mr. Warren,

That's not a highway. A bit ahead, near the tunnel, that's a highway. It's a residental area.
Where is the best way the park, so I won't get my car impounded again?

Kind regards,
Isabella Dosselaar

Unlawful Impound Report Reply

Greetings,

It's a residential area for Santa Maria Beach no as we're speaking about Idlewood for example.
About your question:
Where is the best way the park, so I won't get my car impounded again?
Answer: You can park it anywhere that doesn't breach any vehicle code or parking regulations.

You're saying it's a residential area, thus the following rules apply if I'm not wrong:
Cars

Inside a residential zone, defined by a street which primarily contains houses, you may park your car or similar vehicle and leave it unattended with two wheels on the sidewalk and two wheels off the sidewalk. You may not park all four wheels on the sidewalk or park in a manner that obstructs the flow of traffic or create a hazard.
After I unimpounded my vehicle, I parked it in the same way. Please do not impound it, as I am currently out of town with my brother. I will move it as soon as I'm back in town!

Greetings,

I've clearly said the following:
It's a residential area for Santa Maria Beach no as we're speaking about Idlewood for example.
This means it's for beach part not road. This is an interstate/highway which you cannot park your vehicle unattended on.

As for the vehicle, I'll allow until midnight maximally to move it. After midnight, it can be impounded again if it's still parked there.

Sincerely,

Understood. What if I park it on the side of my apartment, is that allowed?
